Our Colourful Exploration of Architecture workshop will show you a colourful and fresh perspective of the familiar buildings in Singapore. It will be a designing process whereby you will learn how to simplify details of the buildings while retaining their look and structure. You will also understand the concept behind the reinterpretation of the buildings’ colours to add an eye-catching factor to your artwork.
In this workshop, you will be working on a 10cm x 10cm canvas with paint markers to create your colourful architecture. We will show you the fun colouring process of working with paint markers with layering and blending techniques. At the same time, you get to experience first hand on the lovely contrast and opaque colours that paint markers can create to give you a colourful artwork that catches your eye even from a distance!
